We will confirm your reservation within 24 hours, and once we do we will send you a confirmation email. Please check your spam folders and add us to your safe senders list.
ARRIVAL WINDOW
We will arrive within the arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we’re running late, we’ll shoot you a call.
CANCELLATIONS
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes at least 24 hours before your service is scheduled to avoid incurring a $50 cancellation fee.

If you are not happy with your service at all, let us know right away (same day if possible) and we will be back to make it right.
